About the Course
The 6-hour continuing education course is approved by the Louisiana State Plumbing Board for all plumbers in the State of Louisiana holding a Water Supply Protection Specialist (WSPS) endorsement. As required by the Louisiana State Plumbing Board, the continuing education course is provided in the cities of Shreveport, Monroe, Alexandria, Lake Charles, Lafayette, Baton Rouge, and New Orleans. Additional courses may be provided at the office of Backflow Prevention Services, 799 Gardere Lane, Baton Rouge, LA 70820 provided that sufficient participation can be achieved. Class size for the additional course(s) will be limited to approximately 15 participants.
The course is offered from 9 am - 4 pm on the specified date in order to allow participating WSPS plumbers the opportunity to manage their business activities. Lunch is from 12-1 pm and is the responsibility of the course participant. Light refreshments are available during instruction hours.
